YUM!!! This pie looks amazing!!! I can smell it all the way from the next suburb! Happy Blogiversary Claudia! Can you please make this pie again for when we meet up next? I haven’t even dusted off the plates we got at the sale that one time to use! I have been too busy but your blog always inspires me to bake, cook and eat. For now with little one growing, it is mostly eat as all I can manage is work, eat and sleep. thanks Heather! I’m usually the same (with cake over pie), but I’d wanted to make a proper pie for SO long that I figured just tackling a fruit pie would be milestone enough haha – and I can’t believe it’s raining in California! We were in Venice beach for 3 days on our way back a few weeks ago, and it rained the whole time… so strange.

Thanks Willow! Definitely give olive oil ice cream a go, it’s addictive!
With updating photos, you’re so right – photos are probably never going to feel quite good enough, so looking back at old ones are the best reminder of progress – as tough as that is sometimes haha! x
